    •  Chambers of the Future...Using the ACCE Horizons study as a guide, assemble a task force to develop specific action steps to help chambers thrive in the challenging times ahead. 


Pat Patrick, Lodi (CA) District Chamber of Commerce

    •  Chair the Nominating Committee for association directors & officers
    •  Coordinate goal setting session in October in Santa Fe to outline the association's program priorities for 2017

    •  Chair the Program Committee for the February 2017 annual conference at the LAX Marriott.

    •  Coordinate the Executive Leaders Roundtable in Redondo Beach on May 12

    •  Coordinate the selection of topics and presenters for the association's 2016 fall webinar series

    •  Coordinate a Political Action Boot Camp to be held on June 24 in Denver, CO

    •  Coordinate a sales training workshop to possibly be held in conjunction with the annual conference in February 2017

    •  Continue to improve the Resource Library in the "member only" section of the association's website by reviewing, updating and expanding content
    •  Look for opportunities to partner with state associations including (but not limited to) volunteer leaders training
    •  Monthly newsletter – Insider – electronic and print versions  
    •  Continue regular electronic polling of members on chamber issues and trends
    •  Chamber Survey Central – conduct “tool kit” e-surveys for W.A.C.E. members of chamber business members
