The WACE AI Mastery Program is a practical, structured training built for real workplaces, designed to leave you not only with an understanding of how to use the tools, but with practical solutions that you build as you go.
Knowing that different Chambers and their teams are at different starting points, we're offering two starting points. First, the Foundational AI Training will help you build a solid understanding of how these tools actually work. We'll look at the more common platforms and make sure you're comfortable with the how and why so you'll be ready to dive in and start creating solution tools.
For those with the basics down and some initial experience in the platforms, the three-session Hands-On Track will leave you with tangible skills and something you actually built in each session.
These two components are designed so chamber professionals can meet people where they are and move forward with clarity, confidence, and real capability. Choose the starting point that makes the most sense for you, your organization, and your team.

Foundational AI Training
September 22nd | 10am-11:30am PST
If you're new to AI or you've only ever used it casually, start here.
You'll leave understanding how AI actually works: what a large language model is doing differently than a search engine, what happens behind the scenes when you type a prompt, and why the tool responds the way it does. Once you get this, everything else about using AI well starts to click into place.
From there, you'll get a straight answer to the question most people are quietly worried about: what happens to your data when you use these tools. You'll walk through data privacy and security best practices, including what to keep out of a prompt, how to protect client and company information, and what responsible use looks like in practice. This is the part that lets you use AI with confidence instead of hesitation.
The session wraps up with the practical skills: how to write a prompt that gets you a genuinely useful answer, the CRAFT framework, and how to set up and personalize your account, including the security settings your IT team will want in place.
No hands-on building in this one. It's designed to give you a solid, correct foundation before you go any further, whether that's your first time using AI or your first time having someone explain it properly.

October 6th, October 20th & November 10th | 10am - 11:30am PST
This is where you build real, working skills. Three sessions, roughly 30% theory and 70% doing, and you leave each one with something you actually built, not just notes from a slide deck.
Everything in this track works whether your team runs on ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude or Gemini. Most rooms are a mix of all three, so that's exactly what the training is built for.

Session 1: Context & Customization — Build Your Personal AI Assistant
Good results start with good context, and this session teaches you how to give that to your AI tool. You'll learn how to set up the background information your AI needs to understand your role, your organization, and how you work, so you stop starting from zero every time you open a new conversation. By the end, you'll have built your own personalized instruction set and AI profile, tuned to your tone and your priorities, ready to use the moment you leave the session.
Session 2: Skills & Systems — From SOPs to Connected Tools
Here's where you start building infrastructure instead of just using a tool. You'll learn what skills are (standardized, repeatable procedures your AI can run on demand) and build your first one from scratch, turning a task you already do regularly into something your AI can walk you through automatically. You'll also learn how to use projects to keep ongoing work organized so context doesn't get lost between conversations, and get hands-on with connectors (MCP), which let your AI talk directly to the platforms you already use. Most people leave this session realizing AI can do a lot more than answer questions.
Session 3: Automation & Agents — Build Your AI-Powered Workflow
The final session ties it together. You'll learn how skills, projects, and connectors combine into automated workflows and agents, systems that can carry out multi-step tasks with little supervision, and how to tell the difference between what's safe to automate and what needs a person in the loop. You'll leave with a concrete plan for your first automation, mapped out and ready to build.
