2023 marked an opportunity for our organization to examine how we conduct business, how we are structured and positioned for the future, and, most importantly, how we can better serve our membership. While W.A.C.E. constantly strives to offer the high value to our members, the Board determined it was time to adapt our membership model to meet your needs as a member and our association's strategic goals.

W.A.C.E.’s Academy is the premier professional development experience for individuals charged with leading local Chambers of Commerce. Designed to ensure Chamber professionals have a solid foundation in both operations and programs, Academy is led by a steering committee tasked with ensuring the curriculum is on point and the faculty are recognized experts in their subject areas.
The W.A.C.E. Board of Directors has appointed two Chamber CEOs, Angie Anderson and Jill Lagan, to complete terms left open due to the resignations of Jake Mangus and Glenn Morris.
