If you have not yet reviewed the newly published Salary & Benefits Survey report, I encourage you to make time for it. The report gives chamber leaders helpful data on compensation and benefits across common chamber positions, with results available to members by membership size. It is a useful tool for staff planning, budget conversations, and building strong, professional teams.
