Updated W.A.C.E. Member Portal Gives You Increased Control & Access!

​W.A.C.E. recently updated the Member Portal associated with our website and membership database.    Members who log into the website now have easier access to “member-only” resources, and increased control over their membership records.
Here’s a quick preview....

Step 1: Log in to W.A.C.E.'s website (www.waceonline.com)

The link in the upper right corner of the website’s main menu will take you to the login screen.   Enter your username and password here to access the Member Portal.   If you don’t know your password, use the “Forgot your Password” link to reset; if that doesn’t work, email [email protected] for a manual reset.

Step 2: Access the Member Portal

Once you have logged in, you will see a screen that looks like this screen shot.  In addition to quick links to member-only resources, note that there are several key functions that you can now access related to your account. These include links to Edit This Profile, Pay Open Invoices, manage Relationships, and Change Password.

• Edit This Profile allows you to make changes to your personal account information.   Need to share an updated phone number, change your title, etc. – you can do all of that here.
• Pay Open Invoices.   Invoices generated through our membership database (dues, survey fees, COB fees, etc.) will be linked back to this portal, giving you the opportunity to pay them directly online via credit card.
• Profiles.   If you’re a key contact for your Chamber’s account, you can use this tab to update your staff list and make sure that all members of your team who you want to have access to member-only resources, receive communications directly from W.A.C.E. , or register for W.A.C.E. events are in the database.
