An in-depth workshop to help chambers develop a successful Business Retention & Expansion program – a key component of being a catalyst for business success.

Probable Boot Camp Topics (presenters still being finalized) will include:

• Why your chamber should have a BRE program

• Starting a BRE program

• Challenges in implementing a BRE program

• Data collection

• Best practices and lessons learned

Who Should Attend: Chamber CEOs, Staff Professionals, Chamber Officers & Board Members

Cost: $50 per person (includes breakfast & lunch)
