The W.A.C.E. Educational Foundation raises funds to support the professional development of local Chamber professionals, in alignment with the mission of W.A.C.E.  

Annual Conference Support
The Foundation provides funding to underwrite W.A.C.E.'s annual conference in order to keep the registration fee as affordable as possible for all members.   Additionally, the Foundation funds competitive scholarships for the conference.

WACE Academy 
The Foundation funds competitive scholarships for members participating in the W.A.C.E. Academy and Academy-Plus programs.

Foundation Funding / Governance
Funding for scholarships and conference support come from funds donated by local Chambers, individual members, and proceeds from fundraising activities offered by the Foundation, primarily during the the annual conference.

The Foundation is governed by a Board of Directors elected annually and supported by the W.A.C.E. staff.   Scholarship selections and funding decisions are made by the Board.
