 Hello my fellow W.A.C.E. Members! It was so wonderful seeing many of you at our annual Conference in February. I hope you have begun to implement some of the inspirational nuggets you learned. One of my favorite reminders from Conference was “chambers are ideally situated to problem solve in our community.” A great reminder as we embark on all that 2024 has to offer. A big congratulations to Patrick Ellis, Murrieta/Wildomar (CA) Chamber, Conference Chair and the Conference Committee for putting together a tremendous event.

 Having completed 18 core Academy courses and securing additional professional development credits over a three year timeframe, 32 chamber professionals were honored at WACE’s annual conference as graduates of the WACE Academy.
 WACE members excel in a wide range of activities, both as individuals and as organizations. We’re thrilled each year to have an opportunity to highlight those who are leading the way.
 Every so often, an opportunity presents itself in one’s life that feels like the perfect next step forward. For me, the chance to assume this role was exactly that moment.
